The Good Things in Life...

Recently I've been noticing how depressed people around me seem to be...either complaining about things or simply pure Grinches...This is what I've decided and have be living for some time now.....There is absolutly no reason to ALLOW yourself to be miserable...YOU make your own happiness....Bad things happen to good people ALL the time...thats life....you have two options either waste your time complaining about things, continue being unappreciative about all the good in your life or open your eyes to all the good around you and CHOOSE to learn from the bad and MOVE on....CHOOSE to smile, CHOOSE to let go fo anger, CHOOSE to let go of things that hold you back and down....these things are in your power..we can't control what happens around us sometimes but we can control our emotions and what we take away from events, struggles.....its in our hand..no one else...Your life is the way it is because you want it that way....You want happiness around you then CHOOSE to be happy and your life will be filled with joy....


So here is a list of just some of the good things in life.....

*A fresh brand new snowfall
*A childs laugh
*A hot fluffy towel fresh out of the dyer
*Chocolate
* A sunset
*Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
*A good glass of wine
*A good roller coaster
*Cotton candy
*Your favorite song on the radio
*A good movie
*A massage
*Holding a childs hand
*Giving
*Kisses
*Laughing so hard your face and tummy hurt
*Finding money in the laundry
*Playdough
*Eating the cream in an Oreo
*The beach
*Falling in Love
*Laughing with friends
*Hottubs
*A baseball game with a cold beer & a good hot dog

SO SO many more things......So stop just stop and enjoy the good...

Many things inspire me...from my daugthers to friends..from colors to clouds...from Mark Velasquez {one of my very favorite photographers} to strangers walking down the mall...but one of the people that most inspired me these last months was my baby brother...I know he's not much of a baby now but I still see that 3 year old lil boy with a bowl haircut...
